Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using any service provided by amergg. By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

| "Wager" | A real-money bet placed by a Player on any casino game, sports market, or other product available on the Platform. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification procedures required by amergg for all Players prior to withdrawal processing. |
| "IDR / Rp" | Indonesian Rupiah — the default currency used for all Account balances, deposits, and withdrawal transactions on the Platform. |

By registering an Account with amergg, you represent and warrant that:
21+ Mandatory: amergg operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. We employ automated age-detection systems and manual KYC review. Any suspicion of underage activity will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts — whether opened under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — will be merged or permanently closed. Any Bonuses obtained via duplicate Accounts will be voided and deducted from the Balance.
During registration you must provide: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document, a valid email address, an active Indonesian mobile phone number, date of birth, and a secure password. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or the details of another person.
Before your first withdrawal — and at any time amergg reasonably requests — you must complete KYC verification by submitting clear, unobstructed copies of:
KYC documents are processed within 30 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is approved. amergg reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. amergg will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to protect your password. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your Account. Do not share login details with any third party.
amergg accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional methods may be made available or removed at amergg's discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.
The minimum single deposit is Rp 50.000. There is no fixed platform-wide maximum; however, individual payment providers may impose transaction caps. Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours. Off-hours transfers may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are generally credited within 10–15 minutes.
All deposits are denominated in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). Funds transferred in any other currency will be converted to IDR at the prevailing interbank rate on the date of receipt, less any conversion fee applied by the issuing financial institution.
By depositing, you warrant that all funds are from legitimate sources and that you are the sole authorised owner of the payment method used. Any deposit suspected of originating from fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity will be frozen pending investigation and, where applicable, reported to relevant authorities.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Standard withdrawal processing times, measured from the moment the request is approved by our verification team, are as follows:
Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays, scheduled maintenance windows, or where additional security checks are required. amergg does not guarantee specific processing times but commits to acting promptly and in good faith.
For anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit. This requirement may be waived at amergg's sole discretion upon verified request and subject to additional documentation.
Withdrawals requested while an active Bonus is attached to your Account will trigger the cancellation of that Bonus and any associated bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable balance. Remaining real-money funds are always withdrawable regardless of bonus status.
All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough") specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard playthrough requirement is 30× the bonus amount within 30 days of the Bonus being credited. Failure to satisfy the playthrough within the stated period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10%; sports betting (single bets at odds of 1.50 or greater) contributes 100%; sports betting below odds of 1.50 contributes 0%. Specific game contribution rates are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
amergg reserves the right to void Bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus; placing low-risk hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; or employing automated betting software in conjunction with a Bonus.
amergg may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to registered Players. Continuation of promotional terms already in progress will be honoured where technically and commercially practicable.
The following general rules govern all Wagers placed on the Platform. Game-spe cific rules are set out in the individual game interfaces and applicable help sections.
A Wager is only valid and binding once confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, amergg will investigate using server-side logs, and the result determined by those logs shall be final.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market. Current limits are displayed within each game interface prior to wagering. amergg reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice. For sports betting markets, maximum payout per single bet slip is Rp 500.000.000 unless a higher limit has been approved in writing by amergg's risk management team.
A Wager may be declared void where: the event is cancelled, postponed beyond 72 hours, or abandoned without a result; the odds or game outcome were the result of a manifest error; or evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation is confirmed by a relevant sports authority. Voided Wager stakes are returned in full to the Player's Account Balance.
In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds display, a software glitch causing erroneous payouts, or a data-feed failure — amergg reserves the right to void affected Wagers and correct Account Balances accordingly. amergg is not liable to honour payouts arising from manifest errors, regardless of whether the error was identified before or after settlement.
amergg offers football (soccer) betting including Asian handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, mix parlay (accumulator), and 1X2 markets across BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and AFF Cup. Bandar bola (bookmaker) odds are updated in real time. Live in-play betting is available for selected matches. In-play odds fluctuate rapidly; accepted odds at the moment of confirmed bet placement are final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to law-enforcement authorities:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game assets, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of amergg or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform without the prior written consent of amergg. Unauthorised use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
amergg collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
Key data-handling principles include: data minimisation (we collect only what is necessary to provide our services); purpose limitation (your data is not used for purposes beyond those stated); security (SSL encryption and access controls protect all personal data at rest and in transit); and retention (data is retained only as long as required by operational necessity or applicable legal obligations).
Your Rights: You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by amergg, subject to our legal retention obligations. Submit data requests to our support team at the contact details in Clause 16.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, amergg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, even if amergg has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
amergg's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
amergg does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to all or part of the Platform for maintenance, security reviews, or any other operational reason without prior notice or liability.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit either party's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
amergg may suspend or permanently close an Account with immediate effect and without prior notice where: there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; a Player has breached any material provision of these Terms; a Player is found to have provided false registration information; or continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to amergg.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money Balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds at the time of closure are forfeited.
Upon Account closure — whether initiated by amergg or by the Player — your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Clauses 8, 9, 12, 14) shall continue in full force and effect following termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which amergg operates. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting amergg's support team and allowing a minimum of 30 calendar days for resolution.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
Note for Indonesian Players: You acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is evolving. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with any applicable Indonesian law. amergg makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all Indonesian jurisdictions.
amergg reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.2. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically to stay informed of the current Terms applicable to your use of amergg.
